Thought you might want to know about this - 

Lucky Penny Candy is expanding their production of Cajeta [Cah-hay-ta], a caramel sauce with Spanish origins, made primarily of goat’s milk. In order to increase production to meet commercial distribution by fall of 2013, equipment in the Lucky Penny production facility will be upgraded.
